Alvin Toffler described it in Future Shock his visionary 1970's book about the impact of change and technology. His main premise being that the speed of change is speeding up.

That simple statement is absolutely profound and not clearly understood by the majority of people.

He was talking about the speed of technology speeding up which is radically different from simply stating that technology is speeding up. The actual pace of change is increasing and it's driven by the microchip.

The world we know today and our lives will undergo extraordinary changes in a much shorter time frame than most people can imagine. The purpose of this website is to do our best to keep you abreast of some of the more life changing technolgies that are on the horizon or already in development.
